Digital Agency Sales, Marketing & Business Development Professional Needed

We are a small digital marketing agency looking for a sharp sales and marketing expert to help us think through how to effectively build our funnel process.

You will need to:

  • Review our sales process and recent sales efforts (Most of our client’s have come from WOM)
  • Make recommendations for sales improvement
  • Help implement and optimize existing sales process

You will have a team of developers, designers, content writers, etc. to complete any tasks needed. We use all Zoho Solutions, Mailchimp &Interspire, and WordPress for our website and need to explore are we being as efficient or effective as we can with our infrastructure.

We are looking for an expert having deep experience in sales within the digital marketing industry.

Extensive experience with Zoho CRM is a huge plus.

Key areas of focus for this position will be:

  • Sales strategy and program creation
  • Create Sales funnel plan
  • CRM set-up and optimization
  • Prospecting
  • Business development burst
  • Marketing material, content, and thought leadership pieces development

Within the Sales strategy and program, we’d work through developing our ‘Sales Playbook’ (a real ‘working’ folder that we continue to update and build out as we go).

The contents includes:

  • Growth focused organization chart
  • Sales budgets
  • Sales targets for each team member
  • Client and Prospect Lists
  • Sales Pipelines
  • CRM tools, sales meetings and reporting
  • Tactical client 90 day plan
  • Sales meetings and agendas
  • Reports
  • Tools
  • Marketing Plan

Initial Deliverable would be a sales & marketing process with milestones and metrics for our team to execute. Limited budget, but willing to invest to get this right. Zero-interest in fluff and must have past experience working with small, entrepreneurial, professional service firms.
